Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

Every email your company sends, on brand.

Design the signature once. Assign it by team. Sig writes it into every mailbox and keeps it current — so nobody is pasting HTML into their mail settings ever again.

Sign in with your iUtils account. Nothing to install.

This message and any attachments are intended only for the named recipient.

Not a screenshot — rendered live by the same engine that writes to your mailboxes.

Three steps, then it looks after itself.

Step 1

Design it once

Logo, colors, layout, social links, disclaimer. Merge fields fill in each person's own name, title and number, so one template covers the whole company.

Step 2

Decide who gets what

Assign by hand, in bulk, or with rules — sales on one template, field staff on another. Import your people from CSV or push them from your HR system over the API.

Step 3

Push it to the mailboxes

Connect Google Workspace and Sig writes the signature into every mailbox itself. On Microsoft 365, use the Outlook add-in or cloud transport mode for server-side delivery everywhere mail is sent. Change the template later and only the people whose signature actually changed get redeployed.

It reaches the mailbox, not just the admin panel.

A signature tool that stops at "here is your HTML, go and paste it" leaves half the company unbranded. Here is exactly how each platform works.

Google Workspace

Delegate your domain once and Sig sets the signature on each mailbox directly. It applies everywhere Gmail does, including phones, with nothing for staff to do.

  • Verified before a single mailbox is touched
  • Only redeploys signatures that actually changed
  • One bad mailbox cannot stall the rollout

Microsoft 365

An Outlook add-in inserts the current signature as someone composes, so a template change takes effect on the next message without anyone re-pasting anything.

  • Deployed centrally from the Microsoft admin center
  • Always serves the current template
  • Revocable — rotate the token and old manifests stop working

Built for the person who has to answer for it.

Company-wide signatures are a brand asset and a compliance surface. Sig treats them like one.

An audit log you can hand to a reviewer

Every change, who made it, what moved, and when. Append-only, and it outlives whatever it describes.

Undo a bad brand change

Template history with point-in-time restore, and a list of exactly what will move before you put it back.

Deleting is not destroying

Templates and campaigns go to a trash you can restore from, with everyone's assignments intact.

Two people, one template

If someone saved while you were editing, Sig tells you who and what changed instead of quietly overwriting them.

An API, not a CSV habit

Scoped tokens and an idempotent upsert, so your directory keeps Sig current without anyone opening the app.

Campaigns that actually ship

Put a banner under everyone's signature for a set window, count the clicks, and have it reach mailboxes on schedule.

The questions people actually ask.

Stop chasing people about their email signature.

Set it up once and every message the company sends looks like it came from the same company.
